Through your Dwello dashboard you are able to see a real-time snapshot of complete, pending, missed, declined payments. Each payment status has actionable items that can help you accelerate your payment reconciliation and help you provide excellent customer service.
Is Dwello free for landlords & property managers?
Dwello is free for landlords and property managers when the rent payments are done using Interac e-transfer initiated by the renter and paid to the landlord using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). If the landlord opts to get paid from their renters using Interac Requests, Dwello charges a $5 fee per renter per month. Pro plans allow deposits via EFT or instantly via Interac. Dwello has made the difficult decision to terminate our relationship with credit bureaus. Unfortunately, we have discovered through our trials that the overall credit improvement from paying rent is not significant enough to positively affect a renter's credit score at any credit bureau at this time.
